Dr. Lin specializes in peripheral neuropathy, mitochondrial diseases, and neuromuscular diseases. She has studied muscle and neuropathology at the Mayo Clinic in the United States and the Johns Hopkins Hospital, and she has also studied the mitochondrial gene mechanisms of mitochondrial diseases at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Lin has been engaged in clinical and basic research on peripheral neuropathy, mitochondrial diseases, and myopathy for a long time. She has hosted and participated in multiple National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and provincial-level funds.
